When am I charged?
Billing is monthly, on the same day you subscribed. Stripe handles everything automatically.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, at any time from the subscription portal. The change is immediate and prorated.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan reverts to Free at the end of the paid period. Your data and tags keep working, but with Free plan limits.
Does the physical tag still work if I cancel?
Yes — the NFC tag always shows the basic profile. You only lose premium features like GPS history and SMS alerts.
Do you accept cash or bank transfers?
Currently only credit/debit cards via Stripe. We'll be adding more payment methods soon.
